Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the ScanHealth website (scanhealth.co) and the ScanHealth application (collectively, the "Service").
1. Free Report
Your first blood test report analysis is free. No payment information is required to use this feature, and no refund is applicable.
2. Paid Report Analysis
2.1 Per-Report Purchases
If you purchase individual report analyses:
- Before processing: If the report has not yet been processed, you may request a full refund.
- After processing: Once the educational analysis has been generated and delivered to you, the service has been rendered. Refunds are generally not available for completed analyses.
- Processing errors: If the Service fails to process your report due to a technical error on our end (e.g., the report could not be read, the analysis was not generated), you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-analysis.
2.2 Unsatisfactory Results
If you believe the educational content generated was significantly inaccurate or did not meet the described service, please contact us within 7 days of the analysis. We will review your case and may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
3. Subscription Plans
If the Service offers subscription-based plans:
3.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until your current billing period expires.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
3.2 Refund for Subscriptions
- Within 48 hours of first subscription purchase: If you have not used any paid features during this period, you may request a full refund.
- After 48 hours or after using paid features: Refunds are not available, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
4. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5-10 business days after approval.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the analysis was delivered
- You uploaded an incorrect or unreadable report (you may re-upload the correct report instead)
- You violated our Terms and Conditions, leading to account suspension or termination
- The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
